Despite the pleasant staff, I was disappointed by the lack of room cleaning and the noise levels at night. It significantly affected our comfort during the stay.

Is it really that good? my take
The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to assist! ! My room was spotless, and the decor felt more like a home than a hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay!
Unfortunately, the property is in bad shape, with the rooms showing clear signs of age and disrepair. It just didn't meet my expectations.

I had a really nice stay here, especially appreciated how the gentleman at check-in got me sorted quickly after a long drive and how clean the room was. The outdoor pool and sunny loungers were perfect for relaxation. Just a heads up, the AC didn't keep it as cool as I hoped at night, but it didn't spoil my overall experience. 😊

missingWrote a review on Jul 24big roomclean mini fridgehelpful staffdog hairnoise issues
The room was big with a nice walk-in closet, and the mini fridge was clean. The bedding had issues with dog hair, but the staff fixed that quickly. The bathroom seemed a bit outdated with a hole in the wall though. The room could have used a deep clean, and there was some noise at night too. Overall, it was decent for a night but definitely not spotless.

The room was surprisingly fresh, and the beds were as comfy as a favorite blanket. I especially appreciated the accessibility features, making it easy for seniors to navigate without issue.
Please improve cleanliness and update furnishings.

This was just a smart choice for a brief hiatus in Amarillo with fantastic value for money. The staff were nice, but the cleanliness of the room really needed to be addressed. Bring your own cleaning supplies for peace of mind.

Family with children relaxed here
I’ve stayed for 4 nights and it wasn't all bad. The daily breakfast was a highlight, especially Lisa in the breakfast area who worked hard to make sure everything was ready. And let me tell you, after all the stresses of apartment hunting, a hot meal was what I needed to kickstart my day!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, I guess you get what you pay for.
